SYMBIS is an acronym for Save Your Marriage Before It Starts and it is an excellent tool for every stage of marriage whether you’re seriously dating, preparing to be married, newly married, or you have been married for many years.

Marriage Checkup / Tuneup

1) Basic SYMBIS Assessment & Overview – Great for couples who wish to retake the assessment or get a quick assessment/review of their relationship and results.

2) Complete SYMBIS Assessment & Review – Our most popular option for married couples! Includes additional assessments with up to 3 online Zoom visits to review and discuss your results.

3) Comprehensive SYMBIS Assessment & Review – For couples wanting additional review and discussion time with up to 5 online Zoom visits. Includes additional assessments not included in the above options.

What to expect:

Prior to the first visit, you and your partner will individually will take the online, award winning, biblically & scientifically based SYMBIS Marriage Assessment/Questionnaire, created by Drs. Les & Leslie Parrott. Then each week, we lead couples through their results and discuss practical ideas as next steps.

The process is simple:

You will each take the online assessment/questionnaire separately on your own time and pace.  It usually takes about 45-60 minutes to complete as you think about your answers to each question.

Best results happen when each person answers the questions with complete honesty. It’s about you, your thoughts and feelings, not what you think you should answer. With that in mind, try to work on it when you have no time pressure or stress.  There is no hurry, so whenever you have time to focus on it is perfectly fine.

Once you both complete the online assessment/questionnaire, we will get the combined results (17 page PDF Report) and will reach out to you to coordinate a day and time, that’s convenient for you, to review your results.
